We are thrilled to announce that the Diaper Bank of Minnesota has been awarded a grant of $2,500 from the Medica Foundation to be used for improving health and economic equity in the Twin Cities through diaper distribution.
“The past two years have just been really hard for a lot of people,” said Gina DiMaggio of Medica Foundation. “There has been inflation, a loss of grocery stores along a critical corridor in Minneapolis, and civil unrest. Diapers are expensive, but they’re so important for children’s health and hygiene. That’s why the Diaper Bank of Minnesota was selected to receive a grant.”
